When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 7 working days, please note all of our items are made to order. If you require an urgent order, please email at: email@example.com
Please note: During sale times orders may take a little longer to get out due to high volumes. If you have placed a preorder item all other items purchased will be sent out together when the preorder item has arrived, if you need the other items before hand please contact us to arrange a seperate shipping charge.
What is your shipping cost within Australia?
Our Shipping cost is $10.00 on all orders australia wide. We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 use code: free shipping at checkout the receive free shipping Australia wide. (Please note if there is a sale code or gift code this cannot be used with a free shipping code only 1x code can be used at a time.)
Can I change an order?
If you have made a mistake with an order and would like to change it, e.g the wrong choice in scent and is still to the same money value please contact asap we are more than happy to change it for you. Please note the above change has to be made within 24hours of placing your order. This can not be made after the time period.
Credits and Returns
Please select your items carefully as we are unable to refund purchases for change of mind or orders placed over the web. We package all our items carefully however, If for any reason the item you received is damaged and the postal company has ignored handling notes please contact asap provided notification is given within 24hrs of receiving the goods. All damaged goods should be reported by email with photographic evidence to enable the issuing of credit or replacement. should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.
